It is said that jackd typically opens the device in O_EXCL mode without having to disable vmixer. I am currently using jackd2 and when I start the
jackd server it keeps getting ran through vmix.

Is there a way I can correct this issue without having to disable vimixer manually?

I need help in determing the exact latency value in miliseconds when I set max_intrate= to a certain value in the
osscore.conf.

For example if I set max_intrate=2000, how can I determin the exact latency value in miliseconds.

Doese anyone have a plugin for deadbeef called a delta noise sharping plugin.

The file would be called dlta.so. If someone has this plugin or where I could find it would

Ok cesium I think I found the path you are talking about under /home/username/jackd2-1.9.9.5+20130127git15950eb1/debian/

I have not done the dpkg-buildpackage yet.

Now there are a buch of files inside this directory under debian. Which file do I mess with to build the jack.oss.so driver?

Yes that is correct the Petrov's effect plugin for Audacious. I am using version 3.3.4 of Audacious.
