hi is there a way to get sound in firefox using 0ssv4 without installing alsa and pulseaudio?

I really really dont want to install pulseaudio, i want to use this : http://www.sndio.org/
does sndio work well with ossv4? will i get sound in firefox with ossv4 + snidio?
