It looks like something was missed when replacing text in the BSD/CDDL release, so these files are under the wrong license:

[*]kernel/drv/oss_hdaudio/hdaudio.h
[*]kernel/drv/oss_hdaudio/hdaudio_generic.c
[*]kernel/drv/oss_hdaudio/oss_hdaudio.c

/*
*
* This file is part of Open Sound System.
*
* Copyright (C) 4Front Technologies 1996-2008.
*
* This this source file is released under GPL v2 license (no other versions).
* See the COPYING file included in the main directory of this source
* distribution for the license terms and conditions.
*
*/

The above license text is the problem. Note the "this this" typo and claim that it is released under GPL v2 only and to look in COPYING (COPYING, in these two releases, does not contain the GPLv2).

There are other mentions of GPLv2 in these releases which can be found with grep. All of the others are in the tutorials or BeOS directories, which I suppose is less of a problem.
