I am not sure I understand correctly. Jacksense, which is one of the most basic function of every laptop, does not work in OSS4 even though it works in annoying ALSA?

Well, at least there is the ability to manually mute speakers.

In the meantime, however, I still have yet another problem - there is no sound after system resume from hibernation.

You may read this:

I have jacksense working on Intel HDA ICH6, but there are other problems.

Why do you say "annoying ALSA"?
If it annoys you in some way, you can easily remove it.
You can even recompile the Linux kernel for purification.

PulseAudio is really annoying, because it is difficult to remove it from Ubuntu (if you do not know the secret method).

However, PulseAudio is not annoying on Arch Linux, because it is not installed by default.
You can simply forget about it.
