Linux v3.14 compatibility patch

To compile OSS v4.2 build 2009 under Linux v3.14, you will need the attached patch...

Thank you so much for this patch. I wouldn't be able to install OSS4 without it.

I've always been installing the driver by running the *.deb installer.
