Resampling is a good thing, if you know how to use it

Is there any solution for this problem?

My Computer is an old Via EPIA ME 6000 with Debian Squeeze and there is the same problem with the M-Audio Audiophile 192.

It seems that "necro-bumping" is permitted on Ubuntu/Debian forums. Right?
