Great news, i thought that i'm doing something wrong, thanks for answer.

OK you can try Build 162 from http://www.opensound.com/test directory.

This is a pkg format installation so uninstlal the previous 3.99 version by running sh /usr/lib/oss/scripts/uninstlal.sh and then isntall the FreeBSD pkg by running pkg_add oss-freebsd-v4.0rc0-162-i386.tbz

Sweet !! sound is working, but record quality is very poor. I have do some test to eliminate other capabilities of bad record quality.
