Hi guys,
I recently upgraded my pc to 10.04 from 9.10 and I am not been able to configure OSS properly. First when i installed OSSv4, sound was not coming so i edited vmix_no_autoattach=1 in osscore.conf, after this step my sound came back. But while playing multiple files(suppose one in vlc and other one on youtube) no sound comes.

Did you make a clean install, or upgraded Ubuntu?
You may test OSS4 on your computer with Arch LiveCD

Re: No sound while playing multiple audios
Your information is, in fact, sufficient: your OSS license expired, see your OSS info:

Re: No sound while playing multiple audios
vmix is the virtual mixer. When it is disabled, most cards won't be able to play multiple audios. My suggestion is to either rebuild OSS from source or download the new version and install it, and then remove that line from osscore.conf.
