problem, when i try to install oss drivers
i have a laptop with HDAudio, Freebsd 6.1
in Kernel:
device sound
device snd_ich
dmesg.boot:
pci0: <multimedia> at device 27.0 (no driver attached)
don't have any sound drivers? but when i try to install:
[root@swork /tmp]# ./oss-install
soundoff: not found
Checking for any previously installed sound drivers...
There is another sound driver loaded. Unload it and try again.

-columns inside - /dev/dsp0(or /dev/dsp)
-interface for headphones/columns outside - /dev/dsp1
when i open any sound - very good on columns inside
when i try to listen from headphones - columns turns off(it's normal =) ) and nothing in headphones
sound don't go to /dev/dsp1 =(( ....
i can configure xmms(or any else program) to play to /dev/dsp1 .... and change from dsp to dsp1 every time ... but maybe thereis another solving ????
