Hello, I know ALSA emulation doesn't always work but maybe someone can help me here. I've tried asking the TS3 developers for OSS4 support and they refuse to do it which is very unfortunate. My two choices are Wine (which I'm using for microphone capture) and ALSA emulation which I'm able to get playback with no problem. However, if the mic is used at all it crashes with this:
AA ts3.alsa.dummy.capturedefault 5
2014-10-11 03:12:31.338723|INFO |PreProSpeex | 2| Speex version: 1.2rc1
warning: The VAD has been replaced by a hack pending a complete rewrite

./ts3client_runscript.sh: line 17: 21171 Segmentation fault ./ts3client_linux_amd64 $@
I would try asking the TS3 forums but someone already has and there wasn't any answer, and I doubt the TS3 developers will even care to respond.

What's your mic, USB or Jack?
Also, ever tried mumble? I think it should work with OSS.

I'm using OSS4 build 2009 with a jack mic and headset.
Yes I've tried Mumble but that's not a solution to my problem, I would like to get TS3 working.
